You may be eligible if you have higher daily support needs and SIL is reasonable and necessary to meet your goals. The NDIS looks at assessments, reports, and your current living situation. Advanced Integrity Care can help you gather evidence and talk through options.
SIL = supports, while SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) = the physical home. Many people receive SIL in standard rentals, while others have SDA-approved homes designed for higher accessibility needs. You can have SIL with or without SDA.
Yes. We provide shared SIL homes (compatibility-matched housemates) and solo living with tailored 1:1 supports across Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Western Sydney. We’ll help you compare costs, support ratios, and location.
SIL is billed against your NDIS plan using the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Your out-of-pocket expenses usually cover rent, food, and utilities, not supports. We’ll give you a transparent service agreement and roster of care so you can see inclusions.
We design individual rosters—from 1:1 daytime to 1:2/1:3 where suitable—plus sleepover, active nights, or onsite overnight assistance (OOA). Ratios depend on your goals, risks, and independence level.
Start with a free conversation. We’ll review your goals, gather reports (OT, behaviour support, health), complete a SIL quotation and Roster of Care for the NDIS, and coordinate any trial stays or house tours.
